I've been selling real estate for over 21 years and I wish it could only be that easy EVERY TIME. I'm curious, what if the highest bid was say 30K. I's sure there was a reserve price. I'm going to search google for an info product on How to Sell Your Home For 102% of Fair Market Value in Less than 23 hours to see if there's such an animal. Thanks for the video, -Sash

Sash, I have been in Real Estate for 36 years. No it is not that easy EVERY TIME. Auctions are a unique way of marketing homes. Not the right answer for everybody. That is why it is important to have a real estate professional advising you of all of the options that a seller and a buyer have and helping them choose the best possible one. JR
